The Art of Cooking Camp!

JUNE 17 - 20: The Art of Cooking  

Art for Life in Buford is excited to announce that we will be collaborating with local restaurants Frida's and Jil's Sweets for our Art of Cooking camp this year! Campers will enjoy hands-on experiences in the kitchen learning about various tools and techniques as well as kitchen safety. After they mastering the basic cooking skills, they will put their skills to the test with chances to create a variety of dishes including pizzas, tacos, french toast, sushi, and more! Students will experiment with different flavor combinations and bring out each dishes' unique flavor. Every day, they will record these recipes in their own handmade cookbooks which they will also get to decorate using their own drawings and paintings.

9:15 - 11:30 Cooking Activities (Snacks will be provided at this time) 

11:40 - 12:20 Outside Activities

12: 30 - 12:55 Lunch

1:00 - 2:40 Art Project

2:45 - 2:55 Clean Up

3:00 End of day

Refund/Cancellation Policy: All registrations are non-refundable. If canceled with AT LEAST 24 hrs notice, store credit will be offered and maintained for 3 months.
